My Introduction: |
|
At heart, I am cheerful and kind, though I can be sensitive at times., At times, I feel weary when others assume they understand my thoughts or intentions. No one can fully know another person’s heart or mind except God. If someone chooses to hold negative thoughts, that is their personal journey and responsibility. It does not define me, nor does it belong to me. I have learned that while many people try to live correctly in their outward actions, true peace begins with disciplining our thoughts. As President Russell M. Nelson once taught, our thoughts influence everything we do. I listened carefully to those teachings and chose to apply them in my own life. For several years, I have intentionally guarded my mind and heart. After struggling with depression for many years, I experienced healing and a deeper sense of joy. My life has become lighter and more peaceful. Because of that, I choose not to engage in repetitive negativity or unnecessary conflict. When conversations feel unhealthy, I step back quietly. To anyone who approaches me with criticism, ego, or disrespect, I simply say this: I wish you well. Your words do not control me. And I choose not to respond with anger or argument. I choose dignity. I choose peace. --------------------> For clarity and transparency, images 7–10 in this album were created using AI. |
